الدور الإداري والسياسي للمؤسسة التنفيذية العراقية في العهد الملكي 1930 – 1932م دراسة وثائقية
Abstract
The executive institution took it upon itself to address the development, approval and drafting of the laws that require the transfer of Iraq from one state to another, but it often clashed with the rigidity of the British side, and the weak financial capabilities, which contributed to the retreat from some of them and the flotation of others, and the implementation of some of them in light of the administrative weakness of government institutions and those in charge of them.
So that this institution, especially at the administrative and
political levels, must take decisions that would bring about a qualitative shift in the general structure of these two sides after it has freedom of opinion and solid decisions
