Abstract

The aim of the current research is goal to investigate the educational climate that is theoretically appropriate and practically appropriate in the academic achievement of students of the fourth stage in the departments (English language – educational - and psychological sciences - psychological guidance and educational guidance) in the Faculty of Education for the Humanities - University of Basra for the academic year 2021-2022, where the research community reached (180) students from Teaching body - students' qualities - administrative affairs - extra-curricular activities, then the apparent honesty and consistency of the content of the scale was extracted, where the stability factor of the scale reached (0.62), and in response to the research goal and questions, the researcher used the statistical packages of social sciences SPSS in the analysis and processing of data. These statistics include: the T- test the examiner of the research results finds them at the level of ambition, as it revealed that there are no statistical difference between the opinions of the sample (members of the teaching and students) in the presence of appropriate current educational climate factors that cast a shadow over the level of student achievement within acceptable limits and more, and this indicates the effectiveness of the prevailing academic educational climate in the academic achievement of.
The research resulted in a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: the need to link universities with scientific and educational research centers and databases in them in order to contribute to exchanging possible ways to put forward any climates suitable for students, and to work to support the departments of the
faculties of humanities of human and scientific education alike with the latest methods and educational means that.
