Abstract

Al-Tawhidi used to quote a lot from the verses of the Noble Qur’an, as he included what he quoted in the speech and his quotation of verses, either in whole or in part.  Some of his sheikhs, such as Abu Hamid Al-Maroodhi, Ali bin Issa Al-Rumani and others Abu Hayyan al-Tawhidi was distinguished by the fact that his writings came with a religious survey, despite his apparent inclination for rational sciences.

Abu Hayyan memorized the Qur’an and defended it and called on the writer to memorize it in order to know the Sunnah. He also called on al-Tawhidi to meditate on the meanings of the Noble Qur’an and to know the will of God Almighty.  Divine Signs Abu Hayyan studied the Qur’anic readings under his teacher Abu Hamid Al-Maroodhi and took the interpretation from the great Muslim scholars of that era such as Abu Bakr bin Muqsim, Abi Zaid Al-Balkhi, Al-Ramani and others
