Abstract
Revelation is the path that leads to the divine religions; It represents the means and the link that binds the prophets to their Lord. And that is because God Almighty sends His Messengers to mankind, conveying to them what He wanted of explanation, whether by means or without an intermediary. The asceticism and mysticism that the Messenger adopted before the mission, and it is not one of the external and internal effects that the Messenger (peace be upon him) was affected by, whether he was from the Arabs before Islam or from the Jews and Christians residing in Makkah and Madinah during the Prophet’s mission.
From here all the statements of orientalists and others collapse, and we only have to believe that the revelation is what God mandated His prophets with from His verses and He wrote to convey them to His servants, no matter how different and numerous its forms may be, in confirmation of His noble verse: And He saw a veil, or He sends
