The research aimed to Study The British- Egyptian Treaty of 1936 and the British Parliaments Position on it , the because of its importance and great role in determining the relationship between Egypt and Britain, and it also aimed to shed light on the progress of negotiations between the two Egyptian - British bodies represented in the House of Commons and the Lords through the negotiations 0f Saad and, Milner in the 1920, and the discussions of Adly and, the Lord Curzon in 1921 the issuance of the Declaration of the 28th of February 1922 the negotiations of Saad and, MacD0nald in 1924, the discussions of Abd al – Khalil tharwat and, chamberlain in 1927-1928 , the proposals of Muhammad Mahmoud and, Henderson in 1929 the talks of Mustafa al-Nahhas and, Henderson in 1930, the negotiations of Sidgi and, Simon in 1932 and, finally the1936 treaty that was canceled.
This Study also reviewed the British Constitution as Britain is the home of the Parliamentary system in the House of Commons and, the Lords and the development of the House of Commons which was considered the Supreme Council of power.
