Abstract

 This research is concerned with exploring one of the syntactical usage examples of the miraculous nature  Qur'anic lexicography. This study selects the linguistic rootذهب  and traces the various derived forms This research is concerned with exploring one of the syntactical usage examples of of this root as they appear in the Qur'anic text, with the goal of uncovering the aesthetic patterns in which these forms are syntactically employed to convey the miraculous Qur'anic significance.

​The detailed attention of the research is on studying the semantic implications of the different derivations of this root, particularly in their interaction within syntactical structures and the contexts in which they appear. The study is aiming at discover the syntactical patterns that encompass multiple intended significances, revealing the rhetoric of the Qur'an’s inimitability. ​To achieve this  target, the research begins by examining the significance of the Qur'anic vocabulary and proceeds to provide a statistical breakdown of the occurrences of this root in the Holy Qur'an, along with an explanation of its lexical meaning in general. It then explores, in detail, the semantic implications of its derived forms across six main topics, based on their various Qur'anic usages, and addresses the semantic forms which Qur'anic context added . ​One of the key findings of the study is the remarkable precision in matching each form of the root to its specific context  to its specific context, along with a miraculous verbal economy in the Qur'anic usage of these derivations .
