Abstract

Language is the vessel of thought and the foundation upon which we operate and act. The summary of this research paper is based on demonstrating the effort of a scholar and interpreter who, in his refined interpretation, combined a set of sciences, arts, rulings, and beliefs. We tried to highlight his linguistic effort, whether lexical or contextual, in order to employ Qur'anic vocabulary, to understand its subtle meanings, and to look forward to its miraculous and linguistic secrets. Al-Jashmi spared no effort in this, and he was different in his approaches, serious in his tools, wise in his overlooking, and masterful in his disregard and exclusion of many meanings that many interpreters were not successful in addressing.
