Abstract

The research deals with the term Hajj in the Noble Qur’an through the interpretation of the texts in which the term (Hajj) was mentioned in an objective interpretation, and through the context in which it was mentioned, and in light of the reason for the revelation. In order to achieve the desired goal of the research, it was divided into the following topics:

1- Rhetorical study and its objective approach

2- Qur’anic contexts for Hajj and the reasons for descent

3- Jurisprudence study

In the interest of the objectivity and accuracy of the research, the research followed basic induction to find out the places in which Hajj was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, and also followed the analytical method to study the contexts in which the texts were mentioned, and in studying the explanations transmitted from the commentators, and this was accompanied by comparing the sayings of the commentators with each other where necessary.
