Abstract

      The current research aims to identify the effect of the Coscroft model on the acquisition of psychological concepts for fifth grade literary students and the development of their positive thinking. To reach the goal, the research hypothesis was formulated, and to verify the research hypotheses, students were selected from Toledo School/Department of Science Education, in Salah al-Din Governorate, and divided into two groups, the first experimental. The number of them is (35) students, and the second represents the control group, numbering (40) students. The process of equivalence was carried out on the two study groups according to the variables (chronological age, academic achievement of the parents, grades of the previous years of the subject), which the researcher believes can affect the dependent variables in addition to the independent variables.
