Abstract

The research includes a study on the rule of agency and its legitimacy and the pillars and conditions that it is valid to work with while it is available in its parties. The researcher has shown the legality of this type of contract in the Imami jurisprudence. It is difficult for the client to do it.

   The research included an introduction and three topics. The focus of the first research was the definition of the concepts of the vocabulary of the title, and we spoke in it about the abbreviation of the most important vocabulary by explaining its linguistic and idiomatic meaning،As for the second research, the ruling on the legitimacy of power of attorney was discussed, and the third topic: focused on searching for the conditions and elements of agency, while the fourth topic was extremized in a brief manner for jurisprudential applications in what is valid and what is not valid, then the research included a statement of a summary of the research axes.
