Abstract

      Based on the principle of the comprehensiveness of true Islam, this research branched out to look at the influence of Islamic law with its evidence known as the interventions of the human psyche and its psychological disorders, to put in place the effective steps for a widespread disease, which is waswasah. The supervisor and some of the hadiths contained in this framework, then to the jurisprudential rules that dealt with the various chapters of Islamic jurisprudence in order to infer through them the essential points for the treatment of this disease. And treat it according to the evidence of legislation, then the researcher moves to the most important jurisprudential rules and treatment of obsessive in practice. I hope that God Almighty grants success and reimbursement  .
