Abstract

   This research aims to study the significance of the words that indicate little water in Arabic dictionaries until the end of the fourth century AH, through the concept of the semantic field, and the different semantic relationships that fall under it, and to mention the words that fall under one semantic field with an indication of the nuances, and revealing them Depending on the sayings of the people of the language through the dictionaries.
