Abstract

This research dealt with the study of population characteristics in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate for the period (1997 – 2020) .

The study of population characteristics is considered one of the basic studies in population studies, which must be studied in order to know the size of the population, its growth and its numerical and relative distribution, and to shed light on the age and qualitative structure.
