Abstract

           The importance of this research has been demonstrated by the fact that the student teacher has reached the highest levels in terms of the delivery of the subject to the learners و and the perfection of his personality by building personal characteristics that lead to the perfect quality of the student teacher.

This research is a response to an existing problem, particularly with the subject of practical education, which is the practical product of all parts of the previous university study, and an attempt to develop the efficiency of performance through some creative strategies to bring the student teacher to the skill of an active and successful professor during the application period and after graduation. The researcher used some creative strategies to develop performance efficiency.

This was evident from the research tool, which consisted of a navigation card and a comparison between the pilot and the officer groups. After analyzing the results of the research, the research yielded several results, including:

1.The cognitive performances of teachers in the tribal application have been associated with a clear decline in their knowledge of teaching-skills.
2. There has been a marked rise in the performance aspects of the dimensional application in order to apply the picture of activities and questions they have learned and to share experiences in real teaching-attitudes.
Teaching in the program in light of the ongoing evaluation of the performance aspects of the program that they have experienced has contributed to their higher level of performance thinking.
