الحساسية الاخلاقية لدى العاملين بمهنة التمريض في ظل جائحة كورونا COVID-19

الملخص

   يستهدف هذا البحث التعرف على الحساسية الاخلاقية لدى العاملين بمهنة التمريض في مدينة بغداد، ودلالة الفرق في الحساسية الاخلاقية تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور- اناث)، ودلالة الفرق في الحساسية الاخلاقية تبعا لمتغير مدة الخدمة ( اقل من خمس سنوات واكثر من خمس سنوات). وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قام الباحث ببناء مقياس الحساسية الاخلاقية وفق نظرية لوتزن Lutzen (1995)، والذي تكون بصورته النهائية من (32) فقرة بمتوسط فرضي قدره (96)، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس من صدق وثبات، اذ كان ثباته بطريقة اعادة الاختبار (0.79)، وبطريقة الفا كرونباخ (0.83)، وتوصلت النتائج الى ان العاملين بمهنة التمريض يتمتعون بحساسية اخلاقية عالية، وان الاناث اكثر حساسية اخلاقية من الذكور، وان الممرضين ممن تزيد مدة خدمتهم عن (5) سنوات كانت مستوى حساسيتهم الاخلاقية اعلى من الممرضين ممن تقل مدة خدمتهم عن (5) سنوات. واخيرا توصل البحث الى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
